Silvy’s Cleaning Rescue currently have a Covid-19 Safety Plan in place.

Silvy’s cleaning rescue want to inform you of the procedures we are enforcing to ensure the Health and Safety of our cleaners and clients. We are doing everything we can to make sure we all stay safe during this pandemic while at work.

We are providing our services to people who need it more than ever.

We currently have new protocols to follow when we are cleaning anyones house or workplaces. We expect our cleaners and clients to follow them.

Our cleaners that are currently working have completed their ‘Infection control training – Covid19 ‘. We will be wearing gloves and face masks and adhering to the social distancing rules when entering your home. We will be washing our hands frequently and ensure we do not come into contact with surfaces unnecessarily. We appreciate if while we are cleaning your house, you stay in another room away from us so we can keep the physical distance of at least 1.5 metres while we get the job done.

We are implementing these rules to reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 from house to house. We are constantly in touch with our clients and do not clean any house where someone with Coronavirus lives, is a possible case, displays symptoms, waiting for Covid-19 test results or currently isolating. 

We will be frequently checking in on our cleaners to make sure they are healthy before working. The same goes for our clients. We ask that if you are presenting symptoms or think you may have the virus, please let us know immediately and cancel your cleaning. We can always reschedule.

Silvy’s cleaning rescue will continue to update you on any changes to our policies as the situation requires. We are going to do our best to ensure you feel comfortable when we arrive and are cleaning your premises.
